Stop Smoking Using Positive Psychology

After being a smoker for over 30 years, I recently discovered a really easy method of stopping smoking.

During my working life, I was involved in various areas of Psychology including depression and anxiety. In addition, I have a keen interest in nicotine and positive psychology.

1. About the Method

I developed this method for smoking cessation by combining all these fascinating areas of psychology together. This method is different to traditional methods of smoking cessation as it focuses on your thoughts and your inner strength.

I have developed a range of psychological tools that may help you. You can use some of them or all of them, the choice is yours. We are all unique and some tools may be more useful to you than others. So, you will choose how you become a non-smoker.

2. I found becoming a non-smoker with this method easy.

Using this method, I felt recovered by the start of my 3rd day without a cigarette. This was so different from my previous attempts where I went through severe psychological stress for 10 days or more.

3. It is possible to quit smoking using this method and not only become a non-smoker but also become a stronger and more positive person.

The wonderful thing about this method is that once have actually stopped smoking, you can use the psychological tools that you used to stop smoking to deal with a wide range of challenges that you might face in life. You feel more positive generally and this opens a range of opportunities in life.

4. Cognitive behavioural therapy and a relaxation technique.

I use cognitive behavioural techniques and a relaxation technique to keep positive. These are really easy to learn. I already know about the possible effects on health and wealth. I don't get involved in any scare tactics to quit smoking..However, it is to know why you want to stop smoking.

5. eBook

I have written an eBook on the subject. It is recommended that potential non-smokers read the whole book before attempting to stop smoking.

At the end of each chapter, I have what I call a toolbox. This provides readers with the tools to deal with any negative thoughts and thoughts which might encourage them to smoke. Your toolbox is in written format. So, I recommend that readers either buy a notebook or get a pad of A4 paper and a ring file that you can put notes in an ordered way.

My name is Ash Dalvi PhD. I have written an eBook on the subject of Stopping Smoking with Positive Thinking. I also coach people in preparation to stop smoking. The method is simple and will provide you with skills to face many challenges in life. You can get a free copy of 2 chapters of the eBook at my website http://www.positive-thinking-stop-smoking.com
